EveryRace: Good measure or overreaction?

For this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix, the FIA, albeit in the absence of Max Mosley, launched EveryRace, the new anti-racism campaign after Lewis Hamilton suffered vile racist abuse during a winter test at the Circuit de Catalunya in February.
